Characteristics and Processing Methods of Insulating Material "Glass Epoxy Resin Laminates"

There is little dust and peeling during processing! We have prepared two types: one with higher strength and the other with high heat resistance, made only from fiberglass.

Our company, Yamada Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has built a long-standing trust and track record with our customers in the field of non-metallic resin pressing due to the uniqueness of this area. We introduce fundamental information and know-how regarding insulating material processing from a perspective that only we can provide. Please read this before material selection and processing. "Glass Epoxy Resin Laminates" are boards made with glass cloth as the base material, containing epoxy resin, and are excellent materials in terms of insulation and strength. Similar to glass phenolic resin laminates, they are somewhat more expensive than inexpensive composite materials, but we offer two types: one with high strength and high heat resistance made solely from glass fibers (all cloth). They have a higher affinity than phenolic resin and produce less dust and peeling during processing. 【Features】 ■ Base material is glass cloth ■ Two types available: one with high strength and high heat resistance made solely from glass fibers ■ Higher affinity than phenolic resin, resulting in less dust and peeling during processing ~ If you have any requests regarding the pressing or bending of non-metal materials, please leave it to us! ~ *For more detailed information, please refer to the PDF materials.

PGE-6771 (equivalent to EL-GEH, Rihoden Chemical)

Agar-epoxy laminate (equivalent to EL-GEH) with excellent compressive creep characteristics and chemical resistance.

Epoxy resin laminates excel in mechanical strength, electrical properties, moisture resistance, and heat resistance, making them suitable for areas subjected to high mechanical stress and high pressure. Their adoption is also progressing for purposes such as multi-material integration and weight reduction, starting with automotive parts. PGE-6771 (Mitsubishi Electric Chemical) is a glass cloth epoxy resin laminate with a primary color appearance, characterized by high strength, resistance to chipping and cracking, and excellent dimensional stability. It is suitable for high-precision molded products, with reference standards equivalent to EL-GEH and G-11. Applications include "insulation plates for injection molding machines, rubber molding machines, blow molding, and precision molds." Myojo Electric provides one-stop solutions from material selection and procurement of thermosetting resins, including glass epoxy, and engineering plastics, to various processing such as cutting, molding, polishing, bending, and bonding. If you have any questions or inquiries, please feel free to consult us first.
